King Liam

King Liam is one. Holy cow. Well his birthday went well. I made a "Happy Birthday" banner out of fabric pennants. But I forgot to take a photo of it. I also made him his "ugly" doll. We had to move his party to our house due to rain. It rained on Oliver's first birthday also. It was okay though. He cried when he opened his gifts but not when we sang. He has SO many toys. And now even more. It was a good day, as I remember it. It was on July 18. That was a while ago. He is now pulling himself up and cruisin around on the furniture. He had his first year check-up and shots last week. He does need to go see a cardiologist from Riley Children's Hospital and another specialist next week on the 21st. So, prayers are welcomed and appreciated. He was born with a heart murmur. No biggie. Justin had one as a kid and he never had any issues. Well, at his check-up, Dr. Miller said that the murmur sounded more irregular and she thought he had a "leaky valve". Whatever that means. And he will need surgery for a private matter. But that shouldn't be too big of a deal. I am not too flipped out about this whole thing. I know that God is bigger than this. I trust that the Lord has it under control. But a little prayer never hurt. I sure do love that baby "miam" (as Oliver calls him).
