our house, is a very very very fine house.
Whew... What a week. We purchased our very first home on Monday. Yikes. What a horrific experience that was! Our closing was over 2 hours long. It was a very tense and nerve-racking day. But, we are home-owners now! Hooray! So, I am busy finishing packing and cleaning and moving. Geesh. How did we accumulate so much junk?! I am amazed at the sheer amount of boxes we have gone through. Ridiculous. Now, our little family are Covington-ites. Covington-ians. We live in Covington. You get my drift. So, prayers that I don't completely lose my mind during this transition are so appreciated. We took our first load yesterday. We have no couch, no chairs, no table. Today we are taking more. It is supposed to rain this weekend, so we are trying to get as much done during the week as we can. So, please excuse my absence for a few days... weeks... Peace out homies.

When you get a chance---take some pictures!
Oh I remember how nerve-racking that was! It took about 2 or 3 months of living in our house and paying those first couple of house payments before we got adjusted. We kept asking ourselves was this the right thing to do and are we going to be able to do it???? After it all comes together and you get adjusted you will feel like you can breath again and it will feel so good to know that your money is actually going towards something that will be yours and not just thrown away:) Congratulations on your first home and I hope the transition goes smoothly. We come over there to get our haircut so let me know where and maybe we can meet up at the park one day:)
CON-FREAKIN'-GRATULATIONS!!!!!!! That's awesome kid. I'm so happy for you two. Like Annie said, we need some pictures... you are a photographer... right? Get so damn pictures on here.
Much love to the fam!
